Ultherapy® Prime

About this device
Ultherapy PRIME comes from Merz Aesthetics and is the benchmark name in micro-focused ultrasound lifting — the second generation of the platform that defined non-surgical lifting. Imaging is clearer and treatment faster than the first generation, and every Ultherapy treatment at our clinic is performed on this device.
What sets it apart from other lifting devices is that treatment is seen, not guessed: DeepSEE® real-time imaging displays tissue to about 8 mm beneath the surface while energy is delivered, so the practitioner confirms the layer before treating it. Micro-focused ultrasound works at three depths — 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mm — the deepest reaching the SMAS layer, the same foundational layer addressed in a surgical facelift, where tiny thermal coagulation points stimulate new collagen and elastin. The PRIME generation treats about 20% faster, with a larger screen and an imaging field roughly twice as wide (manufacturer figures).
There are no incisions and no downtime — you return to your day straight away. Because ultrasound is not absorbed by melanin, all skin tones can be assessed for treatment. Most people have a single session, with firmness building gradually over the following 2–6 months as new collagen forms. It suits those who want the brow, jawline and neck to look quietly firmer — without surgery.
