Accent Prime comes from Alma Lasers of Israel — a globally established aesthetic device maker. It is a dual-technology platform, ultrasound and radiofrequency in one system, and at our clinic it carries two roles at once: tightening of the face and neck, and body contouring.
For face and neck tightening it uses 40.68 MHz unipolar radiofrequency, delivering uniform volumetric heating to the dermis and subcutaneous tissue: collagen fibres contract with the heat, and longer-term renewal and remodelling follow. Heating is gradual and paired with contact cooling in the applicator, so the sensation is one of sustained warmth and most people need no numbing. The platform's ultrasound applicators — UltraSpeed for larger areas and MiniSpeed for small, precise zones — handle the fat direction in our body-contouring program, matched to the area being treated and the character of the fat.
Sessions are quick — easy to fit into a lunch break — with no incisions and no downtime; makeup and normal activities straight after. Tightening is usually planned as a course. It suits early laxity of the face and neck and a jawline losing its definition, for those who prefer a comfortable, gradual approach to firmness.
